Exciting update! Almost a month ago, we purchased our very first investment property – a 1 bed/1 bath condo in a beautiful area of Charlotte. In just a few weeks, we’ve made some major transformations: removed the popcorn ceiling, upgraded from tile to laminate flooring in certain areas, repainted walls, doors, and moldings, installed new light fixtures, updated the bathroom vanity, and replaced all the sockets and switches. Наведу приклади цін, за якими будинки виставляли на маркет і за якими продали. Зазначу, що це все були хороші райони близько до центру Шарлотти. 1. $515k ➡️ $563,700 2. $525k ➡️ $530k 3. $565k ➡️ $592k 4. $630k ➡️ $701,500 cash 5. $561k ➡️ $585k 6. $587,500 ➡️ $630k 7. $550k ➡️ $650k cash Але така ситуація не скрізь і не на всі будинки. Деякі доволі хороші, іноді прекрасні будинки чекають на оферти довго і продаються нижче, ніж їх виставили. Але не набагато.
